Yes, you sure can, however the standard cost is for 22 sides and 30 images.  In the services you will purchase both design and a preferred printer to have it sent to your studio. If you wanted to just purchase the design and the jpegs of the book then you will just select the design service and you will receive an email to proof the jpegs and once approved you will receive an email that your jpegs are ready to be downloaded to your computer where you can send to your preferred printer.
